Questions we hear
Workday FAQ.
Is Admodum a partner or reseller of Workday?
No. Admodum is not a partner, reseller, or affiliate of Workday. The firm carries no Workday margin, no Workday referral commission, no Workday implementation contract and no audit subcontract. The buyer is the only client. The independence statement is on every page. See the firm page and the Workday practice page for the documented position.
When should a Workday renewal cycle open?
Twelve months before the renewal date. The headcount reconciliation, the module rationalisation, the Extend scoping and the Illuminate AI scope-in all run inside the twelve-month cycle. The Admodum Renewal Programme is the operating framework. The renewal white paper is the reading list.
How does headcount-based pricing actually work?
The Workday subscription is anchored on a headcount metric. The reconciliation cycle covers active employees, contractors, contingent workers and dormant population entries. The headcount white paper covers the methodology.
Should the implementation partner be on the Workday paper?
No. The deployment partner contract is separated from the Workday subscription. Scope is contested separately, partner change is protected separately and governance is held separately. The Admodum Workday practice page documents the separation.
How does Admodum charge on Workday work?
Three models. Fixed fee on a scoped engagement, contingency tied to verified savings, and the annual retainer for an estate-wide programme. The engagement model is chosen by the buyer. See Fixed Fee, Contingency, and Annual Retainer.
