Questions we hear
Microsoft FAQ.
When should an EA renewal preparation cycle open?
Twelve months before the renewal anchor at minimum, eighteen for a complex estate. The enrolment level reconciliation, the user-type position paper, the Copilot pilot scope, and the MCA-E timing decision all run inside the preparation cycle. The Admodum Renewal Programme is the operating framework. The Microsoft EA renewal white paper is the reading list.
What is the M365 user-type reconciliation method?
Functional-population based. The E3 and E5 mix, the Frontline entitlement, the Advanced Compliance and Security add-on scope, and the Business Premium boundary are reconciled against documented usage at functional-population level. The white paper at M365 E3 versus E5 covers the methodology.
Is Admodum a partner or reseller of Microsoft?
No. Admodum is not a partner, reseller, or affiliate of Microsoft. The firm carries no Microsoft margin, no Microsoft referral commission, no LSP agreement, no CSP agreement, no MCA-E partner of record relationship, and no SAM audit subcontract. The buyer is the only client. See the firm page and the Microsoft practice page for the documented position.
How does Admodum charge on Microsoft work?
Three engagement models. Fixed fee on a scoped engagement, contingency tied to verified savings, and the annual retainer for an estate-wide programme. See Fixed Fee, Contingency, and Annual Retainer.
What is the retention regime on Microsoft papers?
Five years from engagement close. Every position paper, counter-position, evidence trail and closing memorandum is retained inside the firm. The buyer can request source workings at any point through the original advisor.
