Chapter III.

Seven offices. Every renewal calendar.

Admodum operates from seven offices across four continents. The geography matches the publisher fiscal calendar: vendor year ends in January, March, May, and December all sit inside the firm's coverage window. Engagement is led from the office closest to the buyer's primary contracting entity. The named senior advisor flies to the table when the conversation requires it.

The renewal cycle is geographic. The advisor follows the cycle.

Oracle fiscal closes 31 May. Microsoft closes 30 June. SAP closes 31 December. Salesforce closes 31 January. Workday closes 31 January. Each cycle pulls its own pressure into the buyer's calendar at a different time.

I.
Lead office matches the buyer
The lead office on every engagement is the one closest to the buyer's primary contracting entity. Cross-border engagements are coordinated by the lead office through every other office that touches the relevant contract instruments. There is no internal hand-off without the buyer's knowledge.
II.
Renewal calendar coverage
Every major publisher fiscal close (Oracle 31 May, Microsoft 30 June, SAP 31 December, Salesforce and Workday 31 January) sits inside the firm's standing coverage window. The renewal desks are staffed twelve months a year. No fiscal close is treated as out-of-hours.
III.
Named advisor flies to the table
Where the negotiation calls for it, the named senior advisor flies to the buyer's location for the closing conversation. There is no remote-only mandate inside the firm. Every closing negotiation is conducted in person by the same advisor who signed the engagement letter.
