A senior advisor is on the conversation by the second exchange. Corporate email is required so that we can verify the contracting entity before any commercial information is exchanged.

What happens after you send it.

A named senior partner reads the enquiry and routes it within twenty-four hours. The advisor matched to your engagement contacts you directly. The engagement letter, if it is signed, names the same advisor.

Audit notificationIf you have received an audit notification letter from any publisher, the first response is filed inside forty-eight hours. The Audit Defence Programme governs the full cycle.

Renewal preparationIf your fiscal anchor is twelve months out, the Renewal Programme applies. We file a written position before the publisher's pricing letter is returned.

Already engagedIf you are an existing client and need to escalate, contact your named advisor directly. The named advisor on the engagement letter is your primary point of contact.
