Questions we hear
Oracle FAQ.
Is Admodum a partner or reseller of Oracle?
No. Admodum is not a partner, reseller, or affiliate of Oracle. The firm carries no Oracle margin, no Oracle referral commission, no Oracle Cloud agency relationship, and no LMS audit subcontract. The buyer is the only client. The independence statement is on every page. See the firm page and the Oracle practice page for the documented position.
When should a ULA preparation cycle open?
Eighteen months before the certification window. The Schedule A reconciliation, the deployment evidence trail, the partitioning position, and the closing-letter design all run inside the eighteen-month cycle. The Admodum Renewal Programme is the operating framework. The ULA white paper is the reading list.
What is the Java SE Universal Subscription audit posture?
Employee-based, with contractor inclusion logic. The audit posture under the 2023 pricing change is active. The reconciliation cycle covers employees, contractors, contingent workers and dormant population entries. The white paper at Java SE Universal Subscription covers the methodology.
How does Admodum charge on Oracle work?
Three models. Fixed fee on a scoped engagement, contingency tied to verified savings, and the annual retainer for an estate-wide programme. The engagement model is chosen by the buyer. See Fixed Fee, Contingency, and Annual Retainer.
What is the retention regime on Oracle papers?
Five years from engagement close. Every position paper, counter-position, evidence trail and closing memorandum is retained inside the firm. The buyer can request source workings at any point through the original advisor.
